  • Service Desk:
    • End user support L1-L2
    • Windows system administration
    • AD administration
    • Exchange administration
    • Software installation
    • Ticketing management
    • Newcomer/leaver process
    • iOS support
    • Creating and maintaining operational procedures
    • ITIL knowledge
    • Fluent in English


  • SharePoint:
    • Administration, Access management.
    • Creation and administration of workspaces
    • Troubleshooting
    • Creation of SharePoint components:
      • Création de librairies SP
      • Création de Survey
      • Création de workspaces
      • Création de Sub-sites
      • Création de groupes
    • Document management.



  • English Mandatory
