The profil is an advanced helpdesker/Sysadmin with experience in Asset management

Your mission : 

          Workstation provisioning with SCCM, phone installation

          Management of stock, material in maintenance, inventory management for invoicing,…

          Leaver/newcomer management (AD, Messaging, Acces management,..)

          ITIL experience (Certification is better)

          Experience with Mobile (Iphone, Ironport,…)

          Basic on Microsoft server

          Sharepoint experience

          PowerShell to create Script

Your profile : 

– Language French/English (and German if possible)

– Autonomous

– Rigorous and experiences with ITSM tools as ServiceNow

– Reactif and proactive

– Good writer to answer clearly to users

– Able to write technical procedure

– Organized
